Let’s bring back the fine art of snail mail with these free notecard printables for kids! 12 different options that kids can color or watercolor over to decorate!

I miss snail mail. So let’s take the opportunity to teach our kiddos how to write a REAL note and address it and pop it in the mail! I whipped up 6 different pages with 12 different versions of notecard. Hopefully something for all occasions. Kids can color them, draw over them, or just send as is!
How to use these free printables
Printing them out
If you are looking for a great printer to use – I love my HP! I wrote up a whole post why The reasons I love the printer. This post also shows how you can make sure you are getting the best prints by adjusting your settings!

IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PRINTER: You can also upload the files to staples or office max and have them print them! Sometimes the local library has a printer for public use!
Cutting out the printables:
I love Fiskars! Nice sharp scissors or paper cutters will get you the best-looking edges! Almost 90% of the time use my Paper Trimmer to get nice straight cuts! It just looks so much more professional! You just need to trim right down the middle.

Create the card
Take each quote and fold it in half to create the card, with the phrase on the outside.

Decorate
These cards are blank to let your kids decorate! Kids can color these with markers, crayons, or paint. They can also try bleeding tissue paper.
We used the watercolor knock off technique and it was a HUGE hit!

I had someone send me this on Instagram! Didn’t they turn out so cute!
