I am always in need of just a basic gift tag- I make lots of fun-themed ones (Like this ding dong one for Halloween or this hocus pocus themed one) but sometimes I just need a simple one that says Happy Halloween for a quick little gift for my kids! So I created one!

It’s perfect to tie on to a bag of candy, a candle, a plate of cookies or any fun little present!

How to use these free printables

Printing them out

If you are looking for a great printer to use – I love my HP! I wrote up a whole post why The reasons I love the printer. This post also shows how you can make sure you are getting the best prints by adjusting your settings! 

IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PRINTER: You can also upload the files to staples or office max and have them print them! Sometimes the local library has a printer for public use!

Cutting out the printables:

I love Fiskars! Nice sharp scissors or paper cutters will get you the best-looking edges! Almost 90% of the time use my Paper Trimmer to get nice straight cuts! It just looks so much more professional!

Attaching the printable:

If you want to attach the printable directly on, I personally love glue dots! They are round and clear and removable so you should be able to get it off easily. You can also punch a hole in the corner and run some ribbon or baker’s twine through it!
