I love having kids use their creativity. But I know that not everyone has the same skill level or artistic talents! So I came up with some free tracing clipart that you can trace to make some of the super fun craft projects I have here on a girl and a glue gun!
I have gotten quite a few comments on my Instagram when I share fun craft projects that are along the lines of “but what if you can’t draw!” I think everyone has an artist inside of them, but I don’t want anyone thinking they can’t craft along because they think their drawings aren’t up to par! So I created these drawing templates so you can opt to just trace along instead!
How to use these free tracing clipart printables
There are 6 different pages. Pick the one you want and print out Place your paper or shrink dink material over top to trace. If you have a hard time seeing the image through the paper, tape them up to a window and lightly trace with a pencil and then go back over it with paint, glue, or markers!
The alphabet printable has all the letters. You do have to move around your paper to create words or to spell your name!
These free printables would be perfect with these unique craft techniques:
This is one we used to make suncatchers with our black glue.
and this one is shrink-a-dink material!
If you are looking for a great printer to use – I love my HP! I wrote up a whole post why The reasons I love the printer.
This post also shows how you can make sure you are getting the best prints by adjusting your settings!
You can also upload printables to staples or office max and have them print them as well!
You might want to laminate these if you plan on reusing them over and over again! I got this Scotch Laminator for Christmas a few years ago and I love it!
