Every school year I wish I had one of these printables- but I never sit down and make one! UNTIL THIS YEAR! (finally!) These Get to Know Your Teacher printables are the best thing! Give it to your teacher and have them fill it out!

Now you have a list of things that are their favorites! It’s so much easy to customize gifts for those amazing teachers! A gift card to their favorite restaurant. A bottle of their favorite drink. A custom sign with a quote from their favorite book! 

I think the PTA should make teachers fill these out and then email it to all the students in the class! It would be so helpful! 

What you get:

I made my printable so you could add a few options or not. There is enough room to add a list of books you love or just your absolute favorites.

I also made a generic one. So technically you can hand these out to students, members of your church, or just want to get to know your friend circle better!

How to use these free printables

This one is probably the easiest printable I have made! Just print out and give to your teacher or student! You could give it with a cute pen or pencil if you want!

IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PRINTER: You can also upload the files to staples or office max and have them print them! Sometimes the local library has a printer for public use!
