Check out all the fun quotes and supplies that make this the best Home alone Christmas Tree! The best movie turned into the best-themed tree!
Fun AGAAGG Fact: The first movie I saw in the movie theater was Home alone! I love Kevin Mccallister and all his fun antics! (Although I knew I would personally be under the covers crying instead of setting up the traps for the wet bandits!)
So when I was trying to figure out what my next themed tree would be, I knew it was time to do the best Christmas movie ever! I hope you love it as much as I loved making it!

Home Alone tree prep
Just like my past-themed Christmas tree, the quotes are the major part of the tree. I grabbed these blank chalkboards and used red and white vinyl to add in all the cut files!
I did put a big cut file bundle on sale in my shop if you want all the cute Home Alone cut files! I’ll show you more cut files in detail down below!
I also added paint to the top of the paint cans. I tried both paint and vinyl and they actually both look great. The paint looks more realistic (because it is) but if you want to reuse the paint cans down the road, the vinyl can be peeled off easily.
Home Alone Christmas tree
There are so many fun details involved in this tree! the only warning I will give it that you will be quoting Home Alone all season long! Look what you did you little Jerk was said over and over again!
If you watch the documentary, the movies that made us on Netflix, there is one about Home Alone. It was so cool to watch the making of one of my favorite Christmas movies! bu tone of the things they mentioned is that the goal was to make the whole house red and green. Wallpaper, paint, bedding. It’s all Christmas colors. So that was the theme of the tree. Red and green!
The top of the tree is Paper fans instead of a Christmas Star. I needed something to balance out the hanging paint cans.
Home Alone Quotes
All around the tree are the chalkboard quotes with some fun items that correspond with each one.
A toothbrush. (I got a giant one from Oriental trading)
A picture of Buzz’s girlfriend plus a tarantula crawling around the tree.
I created a fake slice of pizza out of air-dry clay from Crayola.
Grabbed some army man and hot wheels cars. You could place these all over the tree!
Added an empty Pepsi Can. I just ran the green floral wire through all these things and attached them to the branches.
Under the tree, we placed a present, a shovel, and my husband’s work boots.
I didn’t want an entire milk jug on the tree, so I found this small buttermilk one. I also poured out white paint and let it dry to create the spilled milk!
Then added a fan and some feathers. I didn’t add an iron but you could totally put that on the tree as well!
There is also my favorite quote- eating junk and watching rubbish! I made a printable to cover up a VERY OLD lilo and stitch VHS!
Here are some of the other quotes that were on the tree!
I also added all of Kevin’s Brothers and Sisters onto stockings! Did you know who his siblings were versus who his cousins are?
Home alone SVG cut files
I put all these cut files (and printables) in one big bundle in my shop! It’s on sale right now! Just click the button below!
There are more SVGS that aren’t even part of the tree!

PAST THEMED TREES
Megan Bettle says
I love it! I had been researching ideas for a home alone tree and gathered up a bunch of supplies when I saw this posted. I am doing a mix of home alone 1 and 2 because I can’t choose a favorite! I had to add a staple gun, iron, bag of concrete, and a few others too!
