I love making Christmas signs! They are super easy, make great gifts, and the design possibilities are endless! Here are a couple of ones I have made in Christmas past!
Joy sign with foam letters
This one is one of my favorites. I used my tutorial on making wood signs and then added some floracraft foam cut out and wrapped with plaid fabric!
The lighted Christmas sign:
The tutorial for this one is from Kim Six Fix
Here is mine:
I used vinyl as a stencil. I only used a 12×24 and cut it apart and placed it where each design goes. Cover with paint (if you want to know how to use vinyl as a stencil in depth head HERE)
I roughed it up with sandpaper.
To learn how to make it lighted…check out Kim Six Fix’s post!
I put it on my front porch and it glowed so pretty at night time!
It also looks good in the day and at night!

Dollar store DIY sign
You will never believe the before! Such a cute and cheap makeover!
Believe Sign
Another fun sign I made was the bell Believe one!
I found the bells at Hobby Lobby and just basically wanted an excuse to use them! ha!
Added the vinyl Believe to the bottom and just strung ribbon through the bells and hot glued the ribbon to the back to stay in place!
I also LOVE this fun bell sign!
Round sign
Another easy and cute sign was the little round merry Christmas! I found the wood circle from the Target dollar spot and just used vinyl as a stencil! I want to put a post together on how to make the design round in your silhouette studio–so stay tuned!
This cut file is available in my shop! You can see the whole round Christmas SVG cut file bundle here!

Love these ideas! I’m not real crafty but these actually seem pretty simple & not time consuming. Love giving personalized gifts so this would truly be “personal” if I actually made it! I also found the round wood hanging piece at Target which inspired me to research ideas to personalize. Thank you so much for your post. Have a wonderful Christmas holiday!
