i was at the dollar store…found these candlesticks and candle stick holders…($3 total.) typically Mod Podge is used as a sealer, all in one glue, and a finish. But you can add a coat onto anything just to get a little sparkle!  I actually used it on everything i painted for the dentist office. i wanted everything to sparkle (and be extra protected) so i did a coat on all the pieces i painted. It added a layer of protection from wear and tear and enough sparkle to add some spirit fingers. candlesticks with sparkle spray paint

they got painted red and then i added about 2 coats of Mod Podge (candlesticks too!)

then i made this cute christmas sign. merry christmas sign

i’ve been wanting to try my hand  painting on burlap…so i did. and it’s easy (just make sure something is underneath it)

this merry christmas logo is in the silhouette studio store (it was the free one a couple weeks ago.) I just cut it out of vinyl and used the negative space as a stencil.

after the red dried– on went the Mod Podge

(it looks like it’s white but dries clear!!) IMG_3504

i luv it. totally luv it.
