Cute star garland

Today I have a cute and easy little star garland! It turned out just so darn adorable! We have moved it around the house (my girls are both fighting over it! They each want it in their room!) It seriously looks great anywhere and we love the pop of yellow it adds!

Here are the supplies:

I took a sharpie and traced around a pattern so each piece was nice and even.

Then using a stryocutter…(LOVE THIS tool! It makes it so easy to cut out intricate designs!) I cut out the stars!

Then wrapped the stars with yarn. I did it two different ways and I think wrapping the middle and then the points worked the best….so opposite of the picture!

You can add a string to the back and hang as a garland.

or hang it with  some lights!

Or make a big version for some decorations for a shelf!

You can try this out with hearts too! A pretty Valentines decoration!
