I have been trying to down load your free design Lucky Charm. I have never encountered a worse website for ordering a free design or any other design. At this point I would never recommend your site due to the degree of difficulty in trying to order.
I am not sure if there is a trick to ordering, but your order process jumps all over the place and there are way to many advertisements on your page.
