I think I have been watching WAYYY too much Fixer upper. I want to slap shiplap up everywhere and build my own tables and it’s all about the pretty magnolia wreaths.
and since I have a table…and husband is no pro shiplap…I was left with getting a fun new wreath for my front door. So I googled it. I kid you not guys…I ran into THIS PIN and couldn’t believe it! $100 and under. Steal of a deal. or not. I don’t know if it’s because I’m cheap thrifty or if it’s the crafter in me but that is outrageous!
Quick trip to the craft store and the wreaths they had were pretty pricey too….and then next aisle was a filled with garlands for a quarter of the price…..wheels started turning…money was spent…and the easy and cheap wreath hack was born!
Check out the video for the easy diy!
- wreath form
- garland
- zip ties
You can add seasonal ribbons or words on it for extra fun or just leave it as is!
You can hang them on your front door….
I have one above the stove (thank goodness for command hooks)
They look great on pretty old windows Or even hang in a frame
or put on a chalkboard frame
