I could not be more excited about today’s printable pack! I’ve been working on this for over a year…coming up with fun activities and ideas to get your kids to create, write, draw, doodle, play and imagine!
There are over 50 printables 5-0!—Print them out over and over again to continue the fun! A lot of these would be be perfect for car rides or trips! Or just use during spring break or summer! Most of these involve writing, so ages are around 7 and up!
Let’s break it down and show you what’s included:
ABC BINGO
5 bingo sheets (plus a blank) You can use these around the house, or take them outside. Kids will have fun trying to find a bingo–plus a learning ABC action!
ABC SCAVENGER HUNT
8 abc printables (one of these is blank so kids can create their own!) Can you name a movie that starts with every letter of the alphabet? What about things that are in nature? What about books?? So many fun options! (there is even a photo one…have the kids take your phone or ipod and snap pictures!)
COMIC STRIP
My son LOVES superheros…so why not get him going creating his own! There are 9 blank printables…print them out over and over again to make so many fun stories! Also comes with speech bubbles to cut out and place in your story!
CORNER BOOKMARK
This comes with a pattern to cut out and create your own corner bookmark! Turn it into whatever you want! Creativity can run wild with this one! (isn’t this piggy so cute?!)
CREATIVE CUES
This one is literally my favorite! Ready for some silliness!
Three bags–1st is the assignment
2nd is the subject
3rd is the action.
Draw one from each bag and get cracking!
This one—put on a play about a porcupine riding a hippo! So much fun!!! We just used these as drawing prompts in long car rides!
DOODLE PROMPTS
Love this one too (okay–I love them all!) Cut out and place on the bottom of each page of a drawing pad! Kids will love drawing these fun prompts!
GEOMETRIC ART
and oldie but goodie–shape art! 3 pages that you can print over and over again!
HIDE AND SEEK
A fun twist on hide and seek–Play a little like musical chairs! Kids can play this by themselves (but we like it so much we usually play too!)
M&M CONVERSATION STARTER
A fun little conversation starter that you can snack on! Good for long car rides! Draw an m&M and answer the question.
PHOTOGRAPHY PROMPTS
I love photoprahy—so let’s teach the kids while they are young! They can use their ipod or phone and follow along with the prompts (and games to snap some fun photos! (including photo tips!) (6 pages of prompts–plus a blank to fill out!)
TANGRAM
These are so fun to create! You can cut out lots to make big pictures…or only cut one set! And color whatever you want!
TIME CAPSULE
What is more fun than a time capsule? Fill it up with all your important treasures–fill out the 4 fun printables and add to the shoebox, canisters, or even cut off the top of a pop bottle (just tape it closed!) Kids will love to open this up in 10 years and read about themselves from their own handwriting!
WRITING PROMPTS
I always make my kids write little “essays” during the summer to keep their brains sharp! These prompts make for some good stories! They are so much fun that kids don’t even complain!
