I’m so excited about this project…
and then when I go to take pictures…my excitement died. These dang sequins!!! They shimmer and shine and are the hardest thing to snap a good picture of! But This canvas is still super fun sitting on my table!!!
I had an old canvas (if you see one at the thrift store GRAB IT–they are way cheaper and can be easily rrepainted) then I bought some sequins (I used my coupons at joanns and got them for about $2.50.
I just willey nillied (official crafting term) the spider web design…but you can take some chalk and sketch or trace one out if you arent’ comfortable free handing it. I hot glued it around (you can see the hot glue strings..bane of my existence. Just grab a hair dryer and melt them right away!) (or leave them…and pretend their part of the web!) This spider web only takes about 10 minutes!!!
Then I added some vinyl (orange and glitter vinyl from expressions vinyl
I even decided to whip up a little sequin spider too….
THIS POST IS PART OF CRAFT LIGHTNING! A whole bunch of projects that only take 15 minutes (cause that’s my kind of crafting! click the button to check it out!)
