Which sucks seeing how I’m a craft blogger.
but for mother’s day my husband asked me what i wanted.
where should I start?
a clothes dummy,
a new dining room table.
a $500 gift card to Joanns .
a camera lens.
a bathtub filled with chocolate.
liposuction after i eat the chocolate.
a standing gumball machine
a vacation to hawaii.
100 rolls of washi tape.
a date with him
a tv for my craft room.
not to have to go grocery shopping anymore.
a two day long back massage.
my pinterest clothes board in real life
3 days by myself.
2 days by myself.
heck. one hour myself.
a get out of cooking dinner pass for the rest of my life.
to be bit by a vampire so I don’ t have to sleep.
But i finally landed on a desk for my craft room. I actually bought a monstrosity of a metal desk. that i love. but i never used it. ever. never sat at it once.
then i set up a random table that was about waist high…and i used that ALL. the.time. So I knew that I need a high desk to make me more functional. ( after 8 months I still don’t feel like it’s functional in here)
Here’s the before….
see the table hanging out in the middle…i used this all the time…and I have two other desks in the room!
i could have closed my hutch for you…but i’m just keeping it real….
and we can we pause to check out this cute scrappy banner that’s on my door.
I literally thought at this moment that my husband is right (first time for everything) but i AM a hoarder.
i had these two shelves….So I used them as the “legs”
paint…it’s my FAVORITE color…sea glass from Martha Stewart
it’s like the perfect mix between green and blue.
I’m going with the turtle manta right now. slow and steady wins the race.
but anyways…that’s why I’m too busy to blog.
but once it’s done i will have about 23 new posts for you. (ohhh.aren’t you excited!)
