Sometimes I just have to remind you why I call myself the girl AND the glue gun….(and not the girl and her silhouette…or the girl and her sewing machine.) Cause I do love to sew…but sometimes hot glue does that job that your sewing machine can do…..and it does it faster. and I’m all about the bass….speed.
I have this pair of pants.
they have a hole.
and It was high on my thigh.
and I only shave my to my knees….
So it needed to cover it up.
grab your Adtech glue gun and a piece of lace to cover the hole.work in small sections. hot glue. lay down lace.
Then using a finger guard
press it down (since the lace is porous it will burn you if you don’t have these! I love love love them!) work your way around until it’s all glued on. Then snip off any extra lace pieces.
and then you get to be awesome.
P.S. I got asked how these held up to washing—
and the answer is the bomb.com
If your dryer gets really really hot it could heat up the hot glue—but I haven’t had any problems with it
(My usually setting on the dryer is a medium hot)
