Ah! My kids are all in school! There is silence and rooms that stay clean and I feel like I’m getting my act together again! I love summer….but it’s kind of the philosophy of what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. and my kids are making me so strong. 🙂
Anyways–I wanted to show you these cute file folders we made. My daughter needed a file for each day of the week….and or course there was no sharpie on a folder…It was all Expressions Vinyl (P.S. there is a giveaway to win your own Vinyl at the end of this post)
I hoped on my Silhouette Studio and designed some fun sayings…The small font is Rubber stamp font…that I can not find anywhere! But there are some amazing rubber stamp fonts…when working when distressed fonts make sure that it’s not too distressed or it will take forever to cut and forever to weed. FOREVER. (I speak from horrible experience.)
This Weeding tool is AMAZING for getting out all the little nooks and crannies.
Then cover design with transfer tape (this makes it so you can move your whole project in one big kabang!)
Peel up–the vinyl will stick to the transfer tape
Place on project and rub to get a good stick.
Peel off transfer tape!
Enjoy your cute new folders!
While searching for what I wanted each each folder to say…I ran across some really funny days of the week stuff…
(you could also do WIWW –perfect for girls!)
And now I have a giveaway for you!
