okay…do you remember the interchangeable shirt I make for every holiday? click HERE
well, I wasn’t going to make one for Christmas….It actually never even crossed my mind. Then my daughter brought me this:
this is what she would like her shirt to look like…
a christmas tree.
then she tells me she wants three presents.
one on the left
one on the right
one in the middle
and she wanted it done so she could wear it to her Christmas concert at school. mmk thanks.
she’s not demanding at all.
but since it’s easy..and since I already had my glue gun heated up.
I obliged.
just basted it on….so you can snip snip those little strings and it comes right off.
and done…
okay..while I had my felt out..I might have made a bow.
rolled felt!
so what do we think..close enough?
(dollar store socks!!!)

Your shirt is totally Cute! But my favorite is your little girl's drawing. What a face and the hair is perfect.

So cute! My mom always used to make us Christmas shirts, but they involved gobs of puffy paint and weren't all that cute. Yours is adorable!

I think we should start an "all felt/jersey knit" blog. I can't tell you how many things in this world that I make out of these two fabrics. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that I don't have a serger, but a lot has to do with the fact that I would drape myself in jersey knit as a viable clothes choice on a daily basis.
