fourth of July Minc banner

Today I’m getting festive with My Heidi Swapp’s Minc machine! I’m so loving foiling everything! And this machine makes it like a magic act! Easily the best and fastest way to foil! 

And we are making a fun Fourth of July banner! The words are a fun set specific for the Minc…Think how cute to do a birthday banner, or your kids name for their room!
I totally just noticed that on Heidi Swapp’s kits they tell you your heat setting (I use a 3 on everything I’ve done.) but It’s still cool to know without having to wonder on thickness! Lay it out on the clear plastic  and cover with foil…Smooth it all out so there are no bubbles or wrinkles!and send through your machine…and get one of your kids to come in and do a drumroll on the table…cause it’s always super fun to peel it up and reveal the foil!!

 I then added a fun banner from another Heidi Swapp kit:

and some of the amazing scrapbook paper cut into banner shapes and taped onto some baker’s twine.

It’s perfect for a mantel…a party backdrop. a picture backdrop, anything! 

I added some sparklers and glow sticks in a jar and some treats.

You can also add some patriotic pinwheels!

I’ve used the fourth banner a few times as a backdrop!!!
