This a free cute printable to help you get to know the sisters at your church! One side is fun facts, things they like and even a place to put allergies and hobbies and talents so you can help great Relief Society activities to what people enjoy.
You can also make this double-sided and print a ministering questionnaire on the back so you can get a better idea on what is working and what isn’t!
We do tell the ladies that they can fill out what they are comfortable with! If they want to leave any section blank- they certainly can!
For new sisters in the ward: We have them fill out the is getting to know you side and anything they want to add on the ministering side (like when is the best time) since they don’t really have any reference to go off of!

IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PRINTER: You can also upload the files to staples or office max and have them print them! Sometimes the local library has a printer for public use!
I made these printables in black and white since most libraries at the church do not have color copies!
