Motivational gym vinyl

This month’s theme for Expressions Vinyl is Gym/Motivation and while I hate the gym…it’s perfect for me because I definitely need the motivation! I originally wanted to make some fun leggings (they have STRETCH vinyl which would be perfect!)

but then decided I needed motivation…because even though my pants say yoga….my heart says mcdonalds.

I remember many moons ago I got to spend the night at my girls Potter’s Place house…and you guys. She had the cutest pantry (cutest house…but only going to show you the pantry) Everything that is white is VINYL!

I just love the idea of a great quote right there by the oreos.

FAT font is HELLO SUNSHINE

and the other is BEBAS NEUE.

and then I added polka dots because I hate wasting space!

Load vinyl and machine and adjust your blade

and CUT! Peel away your vinyl. After you get the pain pieces go back in and peel away all the insides of os and as and ps and bs etc! Cover the whole design with transfer tape (noticed I snipped off most the dots) and rub it with an application tool

Peel up the corner making sure the vinyl is all stuck to the transfer tape-

Then Place on the wall where you want. You kind of have one shot with this so it helps to get a level and mark a line in pencil to follow. Then starting at the corner and peel of the transfer tape!

Then just peel and stick the polka dots where you want!

Just for fun…my post three years ago..

I also wanted to make these fun jars…If you want to lose 20 pounds..put 20 rocks or pebbles or marbles in one jar…for each pound you lose you get to move it over!

I also made one using transparent glitter vinyl!

And this one is my favorite! Sweat stash.

Everytime your work out (like really work out–not just running up the stairs quickly) you get to put a dollar in the jar! After 3 months…or a year…or however long you want–spend the money being yourself something pretty. New gym clothes, new makeup, a massage!
