i was at walmart the other stocking up on school supplies…and my kids saw these cute tablets and started begging and pleading for them…but when you need 5 tablets you don’t want to be spending 2.47 when you get some plain ones for 17 cents.
here are my daughters….
the peace sign image is from HERE
we covered one in zebra vinyl…
i didn’t use the cameo except for the lettering…so you can totally do this without a cutter!
my son only needed two…
this one was made using printable vinyl you can go here to see the hows)
for the polka dot one…
i use these cheap tablets for everything!
super fun to doodle on with your teacher is boring you to death…
and you can almost always use the negative space to make it go further. (the chevron was leftover from another project!)
we also added our names to all our supplies…
and added some embellishments to these little tablets…
(the gun one is not for school..it’s my husbands!) i also had a bunch of vinyl scraps (and you KNOW you can’t throw anything away!) i just wrapped them around some pencils…
just need to be cleaned out! (also when cutting small and precise make sure you slow it down!)
our bags are packed and ready to go!

Will the vinyl cut with a sharpener when you need to sharpen your pencil or do you have to peel some of the vinyl off?
Kimbo says
you just need to clean it out…overtime it will start to dull and you will have to buy a new one…but that is after QUITE a few projects!
