Take me to your leader..TRASH ROBOTS

Teach your kids the fine art of upcycling with this super fun creative idea– TRASH ROBOTS

My husband thinks I keep garbage. But this time…I actually did. I hoarded ACTUAL GARBAGE! and He about had a heart attack….but I had a vision! Through in some Duct Tape and let the kids create!

You are going to want to keep egg cartons, cardboard boxes, cool whip, sour cream containers, milk jugs, pop bottles etc!

We made ours into a competition and made people on social media vote- so they had to grab trash two at a time and take it to their spot and then come back for two more. If it’s not a competition you can just have everyone sit around the trash circle and grab as they need!
Duct tape works great with most of the trash- so we included some scissors and then they just created!
It kept them entertained for about a good hour (some longer!)
He taped cars to the bottom of his to make it roll
This reminds me of a mix between gingy (from shrek) and wall-E
You could do this with hot glue..but that requires more adult supervision than just ripping off the tape.
