How to make a pom pom garland

I was showing you guys how to make a pom pom garland on Instagram and I had so many questions that I thought I had better sit down and write out all the details! They are really easy to make (and REALLY addicting!) I want to make a seasonal one for EVERY season! Perfect across my mantel…or curtains…or around my neck. Okay. Maybe not scarf worthy…but still!

First…I grabbed all my amazing felt poms (even the star one) from Benzie Designs! (Mine are all size mediums)

So many amazing colors! They have individuals and kits that come with coordinating colors!

I probably bought a majority of all the colors! I wanted a rainbow but look how fun all these color combinations are!

I used baker’s twine…but embroidery floss is another great alternative. And a REALLY sharp needle! Longer than the pom pom!

Then…you string it like you are sewing and poke them right through! Easy peasy!

I just tied a little knot on the ends to keep them from getting pushed off!

Mine are all together with no space in between.

But look how cute this one I bought from Hobby Lobby is…love the space in between! So many options!

I ended up hanging mine across the curtains in my craft room! Love the pop!

But I’m using the leftovers for fun photo props!!
