I love a good theme. and this week is all about thrift store finds. (I love a good thrift store too.) Sometimes you go in and leave with nothing. Sometimes you hit the jackpot….this week was jackpot week.
First find: a book
I love the babysitters club. I felt a special bond with Claudia. She was an artist and had candy hidden all around her room. We were like twins. I made a version of this book in high school to hide candy or whatever I was currently hiding from my sister. I totally loved it. I felt like a spy. I felt like Claudia.

I appreciate all those who have the sophisticated palate and penchant for Cadbury Mini Eggs. The fact that all my children are now grown and read blogs such as yours, however, will put my eggs in serious jeopardy because they will now know to sniff books too!
